Developing Equitable and Transparent Compensation Programs
Presentation will help attendees to design a Compensation Philosophy and apply it through Compensation Program Design. Pay Equity and Pay Transparency have become a focus in recent years and many organizations are looking at where to start. This presentation will focus on hot topics in the market, building an overarching Compensation philosophy, understanding basic compensation design to minimize pay equity concerns, and prepare organizations for pay transparency.
