Reporting to the VP of HR & Organizational Development, the Human Resources Director has enterprise-wide impact and is an effective coach, leader and change-agent within the HR team and across the organization. Focus areas will include benefits, compensation, systems administration, employee relations and services, performance management, compliance and HR administration.
