Phillips Distilling Company is currently inviting candidates to apply for a full-time HR Specialist (Benefits & Leave Administration) opportunity. This position is responsible for administering and managing all aspects of PDC’s employee benefits programs. This includes conducting open enrollment, collaborating with benefits providers, leading the company’s wellness initiatives and analyzing workplace trends as it relates to employee benefits and wellness programs. This position is also responsible for leave of absence administration to include FMLA, ADA and worker’s compensation management, while ensuring all duties are performed in compliance with relevant regulations.
